Live Event Services

Expertise in crafting memorable experiences for corporate live productions.

Keeping Clients Happy

I've been in this career long enough to understand and anticipate the client's needs. More important, I have enough experience to help make it all look great. That being said, my happy place is split: I love helping clients have great shows from the Show Caller position. Also, I excel at being the Camera EIC and Shader. I've become proficient at reading scopes, working with LD's, LED leads and Projectionist to make cameras look amazing everywhere.

We all understand budgets and the need to optimize. I specialize in listening to client expectations and constantly working towards exceeding them. Embracing teamwork and collective knowledge, I really enjoy sharing in the adventure to create the best show for our clients.

What is in my tool box?

I started in AV driving a truck full of gear across the USA and steering cameras when I got there. On site training got me into doing projection. Then blending. Started engineering Folsom and Encore systems. In playback, they were using BetaCam. I started helping the developer of PlayBackPro and really got into building, using and marketing his system. Started calling shows and growing confidence in running productions. Then I got cancer. Learned a lot about myself and rebuilding my skills. Realised that I no longer liked Screen switch. Loved Camera switch and directing. It's a Blast! Started learning about camera coloring. Really dove into the scopes and love the finesse. Mastered record and media management. I guess I just love to keep learning new ways to improve my skill sets and getting mental reps in daily.

A large outdoor event with a crowd of people gathered in front of a stage. The stage is covered by a white canopy, and bright lights illuminate it. Attendees are raising their hands, suggesting enthusiasm or participation. A large screen displays an image of another part of the event, contributing to the lively atmosphere. The surrounding area is a grassy park-like setting with trees in the background.

A large, empty stage setup with numerous lights and speakers hanging from the ceiling. The stage equipment is positioned in front of a high wall, with various cables and rigging tools visible. Black curtains and several equipment cases are arranged around the floor, giving the space an industrial feel.
